Kingwills, as a full member, was invited to attend the Annual Conference of the International Sterilization Barrier Association, showcasing China's leadership in shaping global standards.

From October 27 to 29, 2025, the Fall Conference of the Sterilization Barrier Association (SBA) was grandly held in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia.
As a Chinese corporate representative that joined this globally authoritative organization in June this year, Kingwills Advanced Materials attended the conference by invitation as a full member. Engaging with international industry leaders that collectively account for over 80% of the European sterile barrier systems (SBS) market, Kingwills explored cutting-edge industry developments—marking the formal entry of China's high-end medical packaging materials sector into the core circle of global standard-setting and technological innovation.
The conference focused on advanced technologies in sterile barrier systems and the organization's strategic development. Regarded as a global "bellwether" for the medical packaging industry, the SBA's influence stems from its irreplaceable position: its members span the entire medical packaging value chain, actively participate in the revision of key international standards such as ISO 11607, and work closely with global regulatory bodies including the FDA and MDR. Together, they establish a comprehensive safety framework covering the entire lifecycle of medical devices—from sterilization to clinical use.

As is the industry consensus, joining the SBA means the company's technical strength and compliance level have gained authoritative endorsement from the world's top system.

Kingwills Advanced Materials' core strength in advancing the upgrading of the international medical industry value chain lies in its independently developed specialty fiber material, Hypak™. Fully compliant with global medical regulations and standards, Hypak™ delivers internationally leading performance, creating a "breathable sterile barrier" for medical devices.
Outstanding Barrier Performance and Breathability:Hypak™ effectively prevents the ingress of bacteria and microorganisms while maintaining excellent air permeability, allowing sterilizing gases to pass through easily and meeting the sterilization requirements of medical products.
Excellent Mechanical Properties: Hypak™ offers high resistance to tensile stress, tearing, and puncture, effectively preventing package failure during transportation and storage and ensuring the integrity of medical packaging.
Compatibility with Multiple Sterilization Methods:Hypak™ is compatible with a wide range of mainstream sterilization processes, including ethylene oxide (EO), irradiation, and moist heat sterilization (under controlled conditions).
Clean Peel Performance and Customized Design:
Thanks to its superior mechanical properties, Hypak™ enables clean peeling without fiber shedding, avoiding contamination of medical devices. It also supports customized packaging formats for various medical products, meeting diverse application requirements.

Kingwills Advanced Materials' active participation in the SBA Annual Conference not only represents a strategic milestone in its globalization journey but also carries the breakthrough mission of China's medical packaging industry:
Technological Collaboration: Collaborating with global industry partners to advance the safety of sterile barrier systems, while promoting a balanced development of environmental sustainability and cost efficiency.
Standards Leadership: Leveraging the SBA platform to accelerate the alignment of Hypak™ technology with international standards, providing a "China Solution" for the global medical industry value chain.
Mission in Action: Looking ahead, as technology continues to evolve and global collaboration deepens, Hypak™ will keep empowering core sectors such as medical packaging, hospital infection prevention, and pharmaceuticals, enhancing the global value of Chinese high-end manufacturing and enabling the "breathable sterile barrier" to safeguard more lives and health.
Hypak™ is a specialty fiber material independently developed by Kingwills Advanced Materials, naturally white in color and available in two structural forms: a stiff, paper-like form and a soft, cloth-like form.
Highly adaptable to various processing methods, Hypak™ is already widely applied across nearly a hundred high-value scenarios in medical, protective, construction, and industrial fields.
