Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET)

PET is a synthetic fiber that is known for its durability, water resistance, and breathability. It is a popular choice for sterilization bags because it is lightweight, easy to clean, and can withstand the high temperatures of sterilization processes. PET sterilization bags are also recyclable and environmentally friendly.

Spunbonded Polypropylene (Spunbond PP)

Spunbonded PP is another synthetic fiber that is similar to PET, but it is even lighter and more breathable. It is often used in the production of isolation gowns, protective covers, and other lightweight PPE items. Spunbonded PP sterilization bags are also water resistant and can withstand the high temperatures of sterilization processes.

Polyurethane (PU) Laminates

PU laminates are multilayered materials where a breathable fabric is bonded to a waterproof PU layer. They are often used in the production of raincoats and other outerwear applications. In the medical field, PU laminates are used for making patient gowns, isolation suits, and other garments that require both breathability and waterproof protection.

Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC)

PVC is a synthetic polymer that is known for its lightweight, waterproof, and durable properties. It is often used in the production of packaging, insulation, and medical devices. PVC sterilization bags are also strong and resistant to tears and punctures.

Meltblown Polypropylene (Meltblown PP)

Meltblown PP is a non-woven fabric made of ultrafine fibers. It is very lightweight, breathable, and absorbs minimal moisture. In the medical field, meltblown PP is used for making masks, respirators, and other PPE items that require filtration and breathability.

Tyvek

Tyvek is a spunbonded olefin fabric that is known for its lightweight, waterproof, and breathable properties. It is often used in the production of housewrap, weatherproofing membranes, and medical PPE garments. In the medical field, Tyvek is used for making gowns, isolation suits, and other garments that require both protection from water and breathability.

Tyco Barrier

Tyco Barrier is a multilayered waterproofing membrane made of spunbonded olefin and a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) layer. It is highly resistant to water, chemicals, and abrasion. In the medical field, Tyco Barrier sterilization bags are used for making patient gowns, isolation suits, and other garments that require a strong and durable waterproof barrier.
